DIS Abilities aims to use cooperation between health and social care organizations and youth organizations to facilitate the access to Erasmus+ programs to youngsters with different abilities by : training professionals in project management skills ; acculturate the H&S sector in transnational cooperation ; accompany youth sector in being more inclusive ; improve the quality and access to the Erasmus+ programs.

โ–ถActivities

DIS Abilities will implement focus groups with youngsters, professionals, and headboards and stakeholders, 2 mobilities around training sessions, a youth campaign, and a final event allowing to assess the campaign and the instances recommendations and communicate about it.

โ–ถImpact

DiS Abilities will develop : a good practices guide around Erasmus+ projects that includes youngsters with diferent abilities that will be inspiring for other organizations ; a training session in project management and around diferent abilities visions to professionals ; a youth campaign to yougnsters with different abilities ; a recommendation list to policy makers with improvements that could help the Erasmus+ programs more inclusive.
