The project’s general objective is to promote civic engagement towards young people with fewer opportunities, making it a lever for socio-professional integration.
▶Activities
The Field Study (WP2), provided an overview of civic engagement’s issues at two levels: with youth workers and with young people. The Workshops and Mobility program (WP3), raised awareness among Greek, Hungarian, French and Portuguese youngsters on civic engagement issues by empowering them about interculturality and solidarity. The Engagement Guide (WP4), gathered different civic engagement opportunities at the local and European level, designed for youth workers and youngsters from 4 countries.
▶Impact
Field Study (WP2): analyzed and compared the information received from youth workers and youngsters from France, Portugal, Greece, and Hungary. Workshops and Mobility program (WP3): partners designed workshops to open a discussion with youngsters about following issues: citizenship, interculturality, human rights, and sustainable development. Pedagoical materials that came out of it are used on a local level. The Engagement Guide (WP4): the guide gathered and shared civic engagement opportunities at the local and European level. It was promoted during 4 dissemination events.
