Objectives

Faced to the climate and energy crisis, we explore new methods to enhance soft mobility in rural territories. The project indeed proposes a renewal of pedagogies, including university, by the collaboration with the arts. More precisely we want to integrate the contribution of itinerancy as a specific methodological process of investigation, opening to a particular mode of listening and attention to our environment. It will attempt to reveal the interest of artistic itinerancy in contemporary tou

Activities

Six itinerant courses will be set up in France, Belgium and Croatia. They will take the form of collective explorations or co-creations that will mix the members of the consortium and young French, Belgian, Croatian and Spanish learners. Each exploration will aim at creating a corpus of representations of the landscapes of soft mobility (past, present, future) collected from the inhabitants' words and from the sensitive immersion on the routes.

Impact

These corpuses will be valorized in the form of rando-cyclo shows interpreted by the participants. The guide of good practices created, will encourage the territorial actors or young European entrepreneurs to seize the bike-roads as support of cultural events and engines of a renewal of tourism. The methods to achieve this will be presented in scientific articles, and their transferability and appropriation will be guaranteed by meetings with the targeted recipients.
