▶Objectives
The Green ASC VET project, Metaautism for short, is a project intended for autistic people, support and empowerment in their pursuit of inclusive employment through vocational education and the acquisition of competences in line with the requirements of the labour market. By implementing the project, we want to get involved and support their struggle for status on the labour market, a fair salary according to the competences they possess and an empathetic working environment.
▶Activities
In addition to a continuous awareness-raising campaign about the status of autistic people in the labour market, the partners will work on training programs for teachers and trainers who will work with autistic people, XR solutions and 360 videos for their independent choice of occupations and integrated interactive exercise programs in a simulated and real environment. Training on skill simulators is completely green training in the full sense of the word.
▶Impact
Project results are: 1. Manual with the competences of teachers and trainers working with autistic people, the framework of learning outcomes for the creation of quality programs and examples of good practice. 2. XR solution and 15 360 videos for independent career choice of autistic people. 3. Exercise programs for acquiring competences on skill simulators. 4. Continuous awareness-raising campaign about the need for inclusive employment of autistic people.
