Objectives

The goal is to improve recognised learning by introducing digital badges and to make visible the learning outcomes that can be obtained in trainings aimed the development of civic competences. 2 methodological recommendations are prepared for training organizations providing non-formal learning which spread the learning outcome-based approach and show its implementation step by step, from the planning of the training through the process and evaluation to the certification.

Activities

- 7 online meetings (kick-off / evaluation / partnership meetings) - 4 personal partnership workshops to process the subject areas of the recommendations - local activities: sensitization, professional day, questionnaire survey - compilation of the concept, content and practical materials of the 2 recommendations, design, editing, online publication - translation into Romanian - multiplication offline / online: 2 information days, 1 online workshop - dissemination of results, feed

Impact

The training capacity of the partners and the organizations involved in the sensitization process increase, the trainings focus on learners and based on learning outcomes. In the methodological recommendations, the renewal of the training process can be followed step by step, so after the multiplication process organisations start their path of development. The learning outcomes of adult participants are certified by using digital badges which in long term results the recognition of them.
