Objectives

The specific goal of our project was to support the learning progress and success of young people, target group members, and students (aged 12-18, pursuing secondary and higher education) in the Hungarian public education system who are about to make a career choice decision and to influence and develop the career guidance system by learning about transnational good practices and thereby developing domestic methodologies, by supporting the efficiency of their learning progress and success in life (increasing achievement-career maturity, motivation, and reducing dropout). As a result of what was stated in our goal, the set of methodological solutions learned and recommended for application during the successful study trip could become a method that can be integrated into Hungarian career building and career orientation models as an innovative professional element for domestic professionals and target group members. As an output, we aimed for a methodological manual that summarizes the transferable practices based on the results of the program. In addition, the knowledge development and networking of 6 Hungarian and 6 Romanian professionals were set as objectives.

Activities

In our project, we successfully managed to organize and implement all the activities to be implemented according to the original plans, so the kick-off meeting organized for the purpose of the initial discussion could take place, research work was carried out successfully, we implemented 2 workshops and one study trip, we published a methodological publication, and we were able to hold a closing conference as part of a successful implementation.
