EMPOWERAI - Empowering VET teachers to integrate AI in female dominated vocations from an entrepreneurial perspective
▶Objectives
EMPOWERAI’s main objective is to empower entrepreneurs and VET teachers in female sectors through online AI training. Our objectives are to increase awareness of AI benefits in business ventures, and to provide knowledge on AI incorporation while managing potential risks and ethical concerns. We aim to support mainly female entrepreneurs with tools that help them make informed decisions about AI integration, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving technological landscape.
▶Activities
To reach our objectives we will work during transnational project meetings and online when creating the deliverables. To ensure usability, inclusivity, sustainability and transferability of the deliverables we will put effort on the technical development of them. We will also do pilots and a transnational training event within the project’s lifespan. The aim is that the outcomes we deliver will be used by entrepreneurs and VET teachers in female sectors long after the project has ended.
▶Impact
The main results are the EMPOWER AI Compendium and the EMPOWER AI online training course consisting of two separate training courses; “Ready Set Grow” and “I am an AI model”. Together they will enhance and support female entrepreneurs and VET teachers to start using AI for entrepreneurial purposes. We want to help change existing restrictive attitudes and make teachers and entrepreneurs look at AI as a friend who is here to help and support them in their work.
