The overall objective of 'Transform' is to support educational centres across Europe to become places of inclusivity through the development of new pedagogic materials and approaches to teaching and learning. This project will support the horizontal area of inclusion and diversity in all fields of education, training, youth and sport.
▶Activities
The 'Transform' project will implement 5 work packages. WP1: Project Management and Implementation WP2: Competency Framework for the vocational integration of migrants and refugees in Europe WP3: Methodological Guide for Transformative Education in Europe WP4: Embedding Integration and Inclusion Theory to Practice amongst VET learners in Europe WP5: Storytelling for Change Campaign Additional: 4 WP meetings, 1 LTTA, VET educators Pilot Training, VET learners Pilot Training & Multiplier Events
▶Impact
Transform expects the following results: - A consortium with increased capacity to deliver transformative pedagogy within the area of VET - A competency framework for VET educators with support videos and workshops - A toolbox for VET practitioners consisting of a 30-page reference guide, a 4 part 'Train the Trainer' and 6 videos on transformative pedagogy - One micro-credential course on integration and inclusion for VET learners - A Storytelling for Change Campaign
