Objectives

Simulation provides health care students with opportunities to practice their clinical and decision-making skills through various real-life situational experiences. The project will provide our group of teachers and students with simulation package tools; selected simulation scenarios with real actors to help increasing their ability to cope with this violent healthcare environment and foster a safe environment for patients and staff.

Impact

The project would like to create a simulation scenarios package for training teachers with students. 1. The packages of various simulation scenarios for teachers and students of nursing and paramedic students on an e-learning platform, 2. Manual for Train the Trainers for teachers of nursing and paramedic students for simulation education, 3.
