โถObjectives
As the aim of the Closer to Farm projective was to create a blended approach to raising awareness of the SFSC and food sustainability through innovative and gamified approaches, the main objectives were identified as follows: 1. Enhance young peopleโs knowledge about the key role of the Short Food Supply chains for food sustainability and a healthy and accessible food consumption; 2. Improve skills of youth workers and farmers in the use of gamification and QBM in awareness-raising activities for young people; 3. Bring consumers closer to producers supporting the SFSC; 4. Raise awareness of successful initiatives related to SFSC to facilitate their replicability supporting active youth citizenship. By utilising this creative approach, the objectives were realistic and achievable, providing a genuine learning opportunity through actively engaging young people that are at the centre of the food choices being made now and into the future.
