By implementing the project, our primary goal was to develop and test an innovative, inclusive, and replicable vocational training academy model specifically designed to meet the unique needs of vulnerable and marginalized groups, including NEETs (young people neither employed nor in education or training), individuals with disabilities, and the working poor. The project aimed to directly respond to the heightened vulnerabilities and employment barriers intensified by recent global challenges. Through this initiative, we sought to create tailored training pathways that effectively matched individuals' professional skills with evolving labor market requirements, enhancing employability and socio-economic inclusion. Additionally, the project intended to foster collaborative exchanges between profit-oriented companies and non-profit organizations, thereby bridging sectorial divides and encouraging shared social responsibility. Ultimately, we aimed to produce practical guidelines and adaptable toolkits to facilitate broader implementation and replication of the model across diverse regional contexts, contributing to greater equality, reduced discrimination, and increased innovation within vocational education and employment sectors.

The Consortium applied for this project to contribute to the reduction of barriers faced by disadvantaged individuals in accessing quality employment opportunities, to establish a flexible and inclusive training model tailored to fragile people needs and to develop professional skills that matched labor market demands. The project targeted bridging gaps between profit and non-profit sectors by exchanging knowledge, practices, and resources, thus creating sustainable and socially innovative solutions. The project envisioned creating a scalable and adaptable training academy model through collaborative transnational partnerships. Each partner brought unique strengths: vocational training expertise, inclusive employment practices, technological innovation, and strong community networks. The result aimed to produce robust toolkits and practical guidelines enabling replication and adaptation across different contexts and countries, ultimately contributing to inclusive growth and reducing discrimination in vocational training and employment sectors.
