โถObjectives
The main objective of the TREE project was to promote the acquisition of green skills in educational and professional contexts. The project aimed to build ecological awareness in learners, reinforcing the importance of integrating sustainability into educational pathways. The key tools implemented were: a handbook of good practices, an interactive online course involving over 200 users, and 9 situational scenarios to improve experiential learning. AiNP has focused on the replicability of practices, involving university and corporate stakeholders in the validation of content. ZEUS focused its efforts on producing original training materials and promoting green skills among young people and trainers. In summary, the goal was to create innovative, accessible and shareable resources, capable of producing a lasting cultural and professional change in the sectors involved.
โถActivities
The TREE project stems from the desire to contribute to improving the training of human resources in the development of green skills. In the face of a growing focus on sustainability and ecological transition, staff employed in the production and training sectors need significant updates with respect to the culture of eco-sustainability. The project responded to needs such as: the lack of green skills among students and workers; the need for innovative teaching tools to expand training opportunities; support for the ecological transition; the promotion of digital training. AiNP has highlighted, in its territory, a disconnect between the needs of the labor market and the educational offer, proposing the project as a strategic response. ZEUS highlighted the need for greater environmental awareness and inclusive training courses for young people and the unemployed. The sharing of good practices and the use of digital platforms completed the response to the identified needs.
