▶Objectives
“While there is a growing body of evidence on GOOD PRACTICE in the VET, there is still limited knowledge of what [Inclusive PE.Training with EI Life skills 4.0] tools trainers and sport professionals can use to overcome innovation barriers and strengthen organisations’capacity to “learning to learn” OECD,FEB.23'.This gap is exactly where the project comes in: A model course for a curriculum designed in the format of the VET Professional Standards for cognitive EI skills of P.E. Teachers leaders.
▶Activities
TIMEOUT include 4 main stages for 60 selected VET trainers,Coaches fromIT,ES,PT:the 1 one consists of comparing good practices about the application of simulation-based EI education for teaching methods involving tailor made digital tools on PE fields of application;the second one is the most productive and consists in developing a Model Course involving the use of the agreed innovative VET leadership approaches that will be tested in the third stage.The results will be analysed and disseminated
▶Impact
The first project result is the EI Digital Programme which will cover competences for tackling Emotional Intelligence skills for learning to learn [LifeCOMP_ EU Recommendation on Key Comp for LL].It will be based on volley-EI based learning units.The digital teaching practices can be integrated at EU Level in any system(LMS,website-.)and offered as separate free OERs embedded into a blended learning curriculum (ECVET) to provide valuable guidance, learning pathways for a skill growth governance.
