SMARTER SMEs aims to trigger technological transformation by SMEs that are lagging behind in the digitization process. So, the project aims to: i) Increase entrepreneurs' awareness of the value and strategic impact such a transition will have on their SMEs; ii) Upgrade the skills of SME association practitioners needed to mentor entrepreneurs; iii) Provide a digital transformation strategy for SMEs.
▶Impact
MOOC for upgrading the skills of SME Association workers as digital tutors of entrepreneurs (microcredential). Tube Story is a collection of videos that will outline a pathway for raising awareness and training on SME digitization. Mentoring Kit consisting of a program, guidelines, a collection of digital transformation strategies, a Digital Advisor for self-assessment (Fast Scan) and strategy identification (Fast Strat).
