▶Objectives
The project aims to give support at the regional, national and european levels, to decision’s makers to structure network model among partner ports, creating the basis for analyzing, monitoring and the labour and skill development dynamics of the port/logistic cluster linked to the upcoming energy and digital transition, focusing on three professional areas (Port and logistic management, Technical planning and management of handling goods and passengers, operational port and logistic handling)
▶Activities
- Mapping the professional profiles in the port sector, verifying the impact energy and digital transition on skills and competences. - Creating training paths using innovative methodologies and tools such as XR (Extended Reality) technologies for the profiles selected. - Building criteria and methodologies for the certification of the professional skills. - Organizing 100 training mobilities for port workers and VET experts in the 5 ports partners. - Producing a Policy Paper for decision makers
▶Impact
- Realization of Profiles Manual. - Creation of an Observatory of port professional profiles to anticipate and manage - Creation of training paths with learning modules simulating real working environments and using XR technologies. - Involving and facilitating ports and logistic companies in vocational training activities to face the changement. - Making transferable training paths in higer education VET. - Support institutions in analyzing and monitoring the labour and skills dynamics.
