'STEAM Boosting Soft Skills' highlights the importance of human (soft/transversal) skills and shows how interdisciplinarity between STEM subjects and 'A', creative/artistic activities can be the engine to develop them. We are in a phase of accelerating development of artificial intelligence: it will change the way people work, learn and communicate with each other. 'STEAM Bo.SS' provides students with the soft skills to enter and stay in the labour market.
▶Impact
In the end, it is expected that the students' soft/transversal skills will be developed and their employability increased. The competences of trainers/teachers will be updated and aligned at European level, creating a multiplier effect on the European community. Collaboration between VET schools and companies will be promoted. Attention will be drawn to the importance of soft/transversal competences and the need to develop them in training and educational pathways.
