1. Raise awareness about the importance of digital skills and how they can benefit individuals and community; 2. Identify and challenge gender stereotypes that may be preventing individuals from developing their digital skills (i.e. Women in STEM). 3. Raise awareness about the risk of violence online (cyberviolence and cyberbullying) through the implementation of a blended training course. 4. Increase social and civic skills in order to create a more inclusive and less discriminatory society

With this project we intend to respond to the need for knowledge of digital new forms of discrimination through the construction of useful tools for those who work in VET to: recognize where these new forms of violence come from, understand how to deal with causes of cyber violence and cyberbullying through an open and constructive dialogue with young people, raise the quality of training systems in creating people and methods able to effectively face the new challenges of the digital society.

The results differ according to the target group: 1.educators and teachers will have a support for recognising and combating GBV 2. youngers will increase their awareness on stereotypes that influence their desires and choices. It will enable them to recognise and change their attitudes 3. Stakeholders will reflect on their own stereotypes and opinions in a digital society and they will have an opportunity to reflect on topics that are not often addressed among VET providers and schools.
