The PSA101 project aimed to achieve multiple, interconnected goals that addressed the needs of students, educators, and society at large. By implementing a transnational, cross-sectoral partnership, the project aimed to develop an innovative and scalable communication training program that enhanced emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and employability. Through collaboration, knowledge transfer, and a focus on inclusivity, PSA101 created a model that can be adopted by educational institutions across Europe, contributing to the development of well-rounded individuals who are equipped to navigate the complexities of the modern world. Ultimately, the project aimed to foster a new generation of leaders and changemakers who can communicate effectively, think critically, and engage with society in meaningful ways.

The Power Speaking Academy 101 project implemented a comprehensive range of activities to establish and pilot a public speaking course with an emphasis on developing basic communication skills. These activities included the management and implementation of the project, in which Diapasoul developed a task management plan, budget management plan and project dashboard to ensure efficient use of resources, tracking of progress and risk prevention. The creation of Knowledge Base was another major activity, involving research into existing administrative practices and the creation of a detailed curriculum with guidelines and assessment tools. The Power Speaking Academy course was piloted as a core activity, including lectures, group work, crash tests and a live event. The final core activity was dissemination and communication, which aimed to promote the course and raise public awareness through social media, website updates, ensuring that the project reached a wide audience.

The results achieved by the project were: - The PSA101 Knowledge Base, which includes a “Power Speaking Academy 101 Handbook” with guidelines and syllabus for the course, ensuring it is comprehensive and transferable to other contexts. It analyses university settings and program impact on teaching, offering insights to improve course quality and promote inclusion and diversity. It also documents logistics for live events, supporting smoother execution and future improvements. - The Power Speaking Academy promotes lifelong learning and continuous skill development by offering learning opportunities for diverse groups. It serves unemployed individuals seeking to upskill, business owners improving communication to promote their ventures, and university students, faculty, and community members looking to enhance their public speaking skills for personal or professional growth. The Academy recognizes that effective communication is essential for success in all areas of life and aims to support individuals in achieving their goals.
