▶Objectives
The INSALDS project achieved the following specific objectives: - To train adult educators on facilitating intercultural exchange through food and digital story telling; - To train students/learners on video production and digital storytelling techniques; - To train students/learmers on food stainability; - To develop recipes for cross-cultural salads - To create videos introducing cross-cultural recipes. The project achieved the planned objectives and also contributed to developing a higher intercultural sensitivity and awarness of environmental sustainability of food consumption in local communities. The local communities also improved the inclusion process by developing attention and a sense of welcome towards the intercultural recipes tested within the project workshops. Participation of migrant people in the context of public space was enhanced. In particular, participation in urban gardens activities and presentations of the project results were opportunities to improve intercultural interaction and to offer migrant people opportunities to value their cultural background .
