Objectives

By carrying out this project, we aimed to improve the digital skills of both students and teachers in our schools. We wanted to help them use digital technologies more effectively and responsibly, following the EU Digital Competence Framework. Our goal was to support students in managing their digital identity, understanding digital literacy, and being aware of misinformation. We also focused on reducing digital gender inequality by encouraging more female students to participate and feel confident in digital fields thanks to various collaborative activities. Another important aim was to increase the digital capacity of our schools by promoting the innovative and creative use of digital tools in teaching and learning. We wanted to create a sustainable digital environment that supports collaboration and lifelong learning. Through the project, we encouraged international cooperation, allowing teachers and students to share ideas, learn new methods, and improve their digital competences together. As a result, the project aimed to help schools undergo digital transformation, enhance the quality of education, and prepare students for the challenges of the digital world.

Activities

In our project, we carried out a variety of online, local, and transnational activities to achieve our goals. Locally, we organized presentations and dissemination events to share the project’s purpose and results with students, teachers, and the wider community. We worked intensively on the eTwinning platform, enabling students and teachers from partner schools to collaborate and communicate digitally. We held three international mobility events focused on promoting future career opportunities for girls in digital fields. During these activities, students created digital content based on scenarios related to digital learning, literacy, identity, gender equality, and misinformation. They used various AI and web tools to produce collaborative results and created an e-Book that includes the work from each mobility and we developed an online platform to showcase our concrete results to others. We also organized webinars, exhibitions, lectures held by experts and presentations, including joint webinars and Erasmus Days events, where participants from all partner schools presented their projects. These activities promoted digital skills, international cooperation, and awareness of key digital topics among students and teachers.

Impact

The main concrete outputs of our project were three collaborative eBooks created by students during international mobilities. These eBooks focused on digital learning, digital literacy and misinformation, and digital identity and gender equality. Students used various web tools to create the content. The international mixed student groups also created various digital materials such as presentations, videos, infographics, and student projects during the mobilities. These materials were regularly shared through the eTwinning platform and our project online platform. Other important results included significant improvements in digital skills and awareness for both students and teachers. The project fostered stronger international cooperation between partner schools and increased motivation and engagement, especially among female students. It also promoted digital education, ethical digital use, and helped raise awareness about misinformation, digital equality, and digital identity management. The project helped create a sustainable and inclusive digital learning environment, helped promotion of digital education and prepared students for digital challenges through international cooperation and innovative teaching methods.
