▶Objectives
The objectives we wanted to achieve from this project, together with the French school are: - create a team of teachers who study and deepen the aims and activities to promote the inclusion of children with special needs, disabled (dva) and female gender, through adapted sports activities; - prepare models of lessons focused on adapted sports to be used in schools; - develop scientific research in the physiological field on the comparison between male and female abilities, using data from laboratory tests whose results will allow us to improve inclusiveness; - promote European citizenship, social inclusion and European values through sport by educating our students on the importance of sport as a means of active social inclusion, making them understand how important it is to enjoy life despite physical and mental barriers by comparing experiences and playing together with people with disabilities who practice various "adapted sports"; - have our students create legislative proposals to promote and improve adapted and integrated sports attr. a simulation of a European Youth Parliament; - have students experiment with the activities created.

We have implemented the following activities, as planned in our ASAIAS Project: 1. Let's start working together: exchange of good practices regarding inclusion in the French and Italian school systems, Marseille, 4 Italian teachers 2. Virtual conference #Erasmusdays on adapted water sports: water skiing and swimming, 12 October 2023 3. The importance of sport, health and well-being, Legnano, 3 French teachers and 10 students 4. Judo, art and sport also for women, dissemination sporting event, Legnano 5. Online conference on adapted sports: wheelchair tennis and table tennis to be held on 9 May, Europe's birthday 6. ▶Impact
The results are the following: - collaboration and exchange of good practices between teachers regarding sport as a means of inclusion - a multimedia presentation of the 2 models characterizing the 2 institutes concerning the Italian/French school system - production of multimedia materials on the theme of inclusive and adapted sport, starting from theory up to models of lessons on adapted and inclusive sports activities that can be used in any type of school, specifying purposes, objectives, activities, methods, means and tests; - collaboration with local associations to learn about the characteristics of the different adapted sports and experimentation by our students of these sports together with people with disabilities; - conferences and meetings in person and online on the theme of inclusion with experts, DVA athletes and Paralympians; - documentation in digital format of the competitions and tournaments held on adapted sports; - research database in the sports physiology laboratory that highlights female identity, in its diversity; - videos of interviews with DVA athletes with experiences of adapted and Paralympic sports; - resolutions proposed by students of the European Parliament on adapted and inclusive sport.
