CROSSING PROTECT wants to: Build new skills for the partners of the Restorative Justice and of the Victim Support systems to work transnationally and across their sectors; Drive transformation and change by implementing a tailored and innovative peer-to-peer capacity building programme to create new working synergies between the two systems; Increase the quality in the work and practices of the partners by establishing a positive interaction and a systemic cooperation between the RJ/VS systems.

Setting up of a cross-sectoral peer-learning community by mapping VS-RJ interactions and common training needs of operators when dealing with women victims of violence/crimes; Implementation of a blended capacity building programme of 60 hours made of online training hotspots and onsite training events; Piloting of the skills achieved by the joint elaboration of training outcomes through specific study groups; Promotion of the project results at EU level with networking activities.
