SMARTY aims to design, test and make digital-friendly, an assessment tool of the 12 European key competences for guidance operators working in the reception of adult migrants. The SMARTY competence assessment model is part of the orientation pathway that helps each migrant to recognise competences and resources possessed as a function of conscious future choices (in the educational, social and work spheres).
