Byblios aims to make the school libraries the physical and methodological space to enhance job skills in disabled adults and school librarians. Both are at risk to be out of the educational mainstream and not enough skilled for the new role school libraries are acquiring, experiencing a reduced opportunity of career improuvement. The project therefore aims at an holistic inclusion of people, structures and territories, making school libraries suitable places for work and inclusion.
