▶Objectives
ATELIER aims to foster cooperation between HEIs and CSOs and to develop innovative learning and teaching practices based on co-design that tackle the challenge of social inclusion. To achieve this, the project (SO1) develops innovative and evidence-based models (and related implementing tools), (SO2) widens the offer of HEIs by delivering a trans-disciplinary learning program, and (SO3) fosters civic engagement through jointly organised (HEIs and CSOs) multi-stakeholder workshops and events.
▶Activities
The project is structured in 4 WPs: WP1_MANAGEMENT. WP2_METHODOLOGY. Review of practices and literature and competence framework development. WP3_DEVELOPMENT & IMPLEMENTATION. Co-Design of learning program prototype, development and release of learning toolkit and MOOCs, hybrid international training experience for LP testing. WP4_DELIVERY. Delivery of guidelines to include the learning program in HEIs offer, local and international dissemination and co-design events, dissemination of results.
▶Impact
ATELIER’s main results are: An online catalogue of 50 design for inclusion practices, an online repository of literature resources, a competence framework, analytical reports about design for inclusion practices, literature, and skill mismatch between education and job market, a multi-language trans-disciplinary online learning toolkit, new open access MOOCs, an in presence workshop for students, guidelines include the LP in HEIs offer, local and EU events and workshops, a project book.
