Objectives

The project defines and shares aims, methods and tools for a transnational co-operation model between HEIs and actors of the MICE sector from Italy, Spain, Belgium and Lithuania, that is set up as a stable partnership to devise, design, test and disseminate a new HE Curriculum in MICE Management that enhances an integrated set of managerial, digital and green skills of young European students of economic background to become real change agents in the MICE sector.

Activities

-HEIs and MICE companies co-design for the definition of a MICE Management HE curriculum -Produce Microlearning Pills and Narrative Branching Scenarios for students to acquire digital, green and managerial skills -Produce a MICE teaching manual on transformational team coaching and work-based teaching that will be tested in vitro in a hybrid mobility for 24 teachers -Test the MICE Management curriculum with 80 students from HEIs from 4 EU countries

Impact

A MICE Management HE Curriculum implemented in the HE offer of Italy, Spain, Lithuania, Slovenia and Belgium Microlearning pills and Narrative Branching Scenarios for the development of green, digital and managerial skills of students from business backgrounds A MICE teaching manual on transformational team coaching and WBL Piloting of the Curriculum with 80 students in 4 countries A hybrid mobility for the benefit of 16 teachers for in-vitro experimentation of the Handbook
