Partners identified a need to bridge the gap between skills offered by HE and the labour market requirements related to analyst job. Overall obj. of ANALYST is to improve EU’s Intelligence Education capacity Specific objs.: - to increase number of analysts with high-quality qualification - to create high-quality training curriculum, providing advanced skills and competences - to provide free high-quality courses to public - to establish share mechanisms for best practices and networking
▶Activities
To reach its objectives ANALYST will establish close cooperation and flow of knowledge among HEIs, VET providers and the work environment: partners will collaborate in research and development methodology for the definition of the analyst job profile; MOOC courses’ contents creation and to develop a new innovative training program. They will work also with associated partners for the dissemination
