The SHAR_ED project aims at creating innovative SEAs practices and co-participatory methods in order to contrast the school drop-out and learning disadvantages. The participatory approach foresees a strategic partnership between minors and families, schools and teaching staff, communities and policy makers that through capacity building, knowledge sharing and awareness activities will promote the creation of “educational communities” for the socio-educational inclusion of children.

WP2 SEA’s practices - capacity Building: 1 Mapping of stakeholders, 1 ToT for 20 professionals and 1 Capacity Building programme for 250 professionals WP3 Testing and monitoring of the implementation of the SEA’s methods and practices: Laboratories and Action-Research; Teaching, training and learning activities based on SEA’s involving adults WP4 Advocacy and networking for promoting and disseminating the SEAs procedures: round tables with stakeholders, Children Forum, E-platform and Conference

Result of WP2: the skills and capacities of 270 education professionals are enhanced Results of WP3: At least 300 teachers and educators (60 per country) will use SEAs practices and co-participatory methods, testing them within two school years with the involvement of minors and parents. Result of WP4: awareness to counteract the ESL increased among stakeholders (schools, local authorities and institutions) and civil society through round tables, forum Final Conference and the E-platform.
