The project sought to empower adult educators to engage socially vulnerable adults—seniors, migrants, minorities, the unemployed, and rural residents—by using culture and digital tools as vehicles for learning and inclusion. We aimed to foster mutual learning among educators through shared experience, exchange of good practices, testing of creative approaches in local communities, development of nine instructional video tutorials on integrating digital tools into cultural activities, and the launch of the website eeeproject.net to host all outputs. Through these actions, we wanted to reach learners across generations, make adult education more accessible, and inspire civic participation through creative cultural engagement. We also aimed to introduce new teaching methods, enhance digital literacy among educators and learners, and bridge intercultural, intergenerational, and social divides. In doing so, the project aimed to meet Erasmus+ priorities and address key topics such as inclusion, participation, digital skills, and innovative learning.

All planned activities were successfully implemented according to the project application. We organized three transnational experience exchange seminars in Bulgaria, Portugal, and Lithuania, where 24 adult educators participated in discussions, creative workshops, and shared practices on combining culture, technology, and social inclusion. Each seminar focused on a specific theme—storytelling and community building, cultural heritage, or digital engagement. Partners collected and documented 12 examples of good practices with detailed methodology descriptions, shared through the EPALE collaboration group. Based on ideas generated during the seminars, pilot activities were carried out in local communities, involving 120 adult learners from vulnerable groups. These pilots helped test creative approaches in real-life settings. Finally, we developed 9 video tutorials showing how to integrate digital tools into cultural education and created the integrative website www.eeeproject.net to publish all project materials and learning resources.

All planned outputs were successfully achieved. • Experience exchange seminars: Three transnational seminars were organized (one in each partner country), involving a total of 24 adult educators sharing best practices and new ideas. • Tested ideas and pilot training: Local pilot training sessions in each country tested the new ideas with 120 adult learners in total (40 per country) from the target groups. • Video tutorials: Nine video tutorials were produced (in English with Lithuanian, Bulgarian, and Portuguese subtitles) to provide practical guidance for inclusive cultural activities. • Dissemination and attraction of adult educators: To attract other adult educators to use the materials, results were disseminated widely. Four dissemination events engaged approx. 240 participants and the project website logged around 2,000 visits, ensuring broad awareness and uptake of the tutorials. • Network of adult educators: An international network of adult educators was established across the three partner countries, fostering long-term professional connections for future cooperation beyond the project.
