▶Objectives
The project aimed to: - develop six online micro-credentials for hybrid teaching addressing core hybrid-teaching competences (approx. 1 ECTS each, as planned at application stage), aligned with the Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu) and UDL guidelines; - pilot the learning content with target users and improve it based on feedback; - enable recognition through a micro-certification / digital badge approach within partner institutions; - disseminate results through national and international events, community building and open access publication of the developed materials.
▶Activities
Implementation followed a staged approach: - research to define user profiles and learning pathways mapped to the Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu); - development of a common framework for micro-credentials; - development, translation and piloting of learning content; - implementation of a micro-certification approach (digital badges); and communication/dissemination through a project website, social media and multiplier events in all partner countries. Implementation started with needs analysis (desk research + surveys in partner countries), defining user profiles and learning pathways. This fed into the micro-credentials framework and then content development. In parallel, the consortium established management routines (periodic progress/financial reporting, action lists, monitoring & evaluation and risk management processes) and launched dissemination via the project website and LinkedIn.
▶Impact
Concrete outputs include: - a research-based foundation (user profiles and learning pathways) and the Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu) and UDL guidelines informing design; - a structured set of six micro-credentials (tested and improved modules with content on hybrid teaching provided via a virtual learning environment (VLE)); - a micro-certification approach operationalised through digital badges; - successful pilot completions evidenced through issued digital badges (per micro-credential), and complemented by partner pilot action reports. - dissemination through national multiplier events (attendance totals provided in WP4), the public project website, and social media presence; - establishment of a community of practice.
