Objectives

The project seeks to address the issues that young people face in entering the labour market, in particular their lack of success in interviews. It will develop educational tools in the form of a digital handbook and Virtual Reality (VR) scenarios with the purpose of strengthening young job seekers' skills in applying for jobs and succeeding in interviews, as well as improving their transversal skills, thus increasing their chances of employment.

Activities

The activities of the project will include: - Research on the needs of young jobseekets - Development of a state-of-the art cohesive training model including a handbook for youth trainers and Virtual Reality scenarios - Development of an e-learning platform - Blended learning activities including an international training event for young jobseekers and for youth workers and one online piloting activity carried out in the partners' countries - Project meetings - Multiplier events

Impact

Tangible: - A report on the needs of young jobseekers. - A Cohesive Training Model including a curriculum/handbook for youth workers and Virtual Reality Scenarios - Blended learning activities Intangible: - Improvement in the skills of young jobseekers to succeed in job interviews, including communication and other transversal skills - Improvement in the training provisions for young jobseekers - Improvement in the competences of youth workers to support young jobseekers
