▶Objectives
With this project we want to monitor and support the tendency of modern society towards gender balance, which in practice does not work, especially for our target group. The activities of this project increased the opportunities of women who have reduced opportunities for any kind of inclusion in the labor market and at the same time they will not be put in a position to be discriminated against. Women from (RA, PD, U, R and SM) were given the opportunity and opportunity to improve their soft and entrepreneurial skills and all those opportunities and qualifications that they possess. All this was also achieved by networking and sharing experience between organizations of two countries with each activity.
▶Activities
-Management, monitoring, dissemination and follow-up - A 7-day training for soft and entrepreneurial skills was implemented in Macedonia - А 4-day study visit was carried out in Italy for representatives from CSI Nadez and Macedonian participants from the training - where innovative ideas for entrepreneurship and cooperation for subsequent activities was strengthened
▶Impact
The results of the project are: 01. Developed and strengthened soft skills of 15 women to be more competitive in the labor market. 02. Developed entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of 15 women according to the needs, ideas and possibilities of women from rural areas, with physical disabilities, unemployed, Roma or single mothers. 03. Strengthened organizational capacities for consulting and practicing entrepreneurship through the exchange of goods intercultural practices. Other results of our project are: -Produced brochure of good practices in three languages Macedonian, Italian and English - Created a short guide on How to freelance work
