The InCultuRe project aimed to promote social inclusion and diversity by fostering social innovation and entrepreneurship in cross-cultural and cross-religious contexts through Adult Community Education. The first objective was to improve outreach to adults facing socio-economic difficulties or discrimination and to provide them with opportunities for active community and economic participation. The second was to support adult and community teachers and educators with professional tools and methods to foster social innovation and entrepreneurship. Another key objective was to apply the ACE approach to encourage dialogue, peer learning and collaboration between people of different cultural and religious backgrounds. The project also aimed to design, test and apply new methodologies and ICT-based tools for creating online courses and mobile learning tailored to the needs of educators and learners. Overall, the project sought to equip adults with competences for intercultural and interreligious dialogue and to empower educators to integrate innovative practices that build more inclusive and resilient communities at local, national and European level.
