Objectives

The overall objective is to reduce stress, exhaustion and burnout among creative professionals, prevent them from experiencing being undervalued and prevent them from dropping out, by: -Framing the process-related stress levels -Experimenting with stress reducing methods in creative processes -Create tools and workshops to reduce stress in the individual creative process -Create tools and teacher training to improve group work in challenge processes -Raise awareness about this urgent subject

Activities

Collect requirements at creatives, experts, teachers and facilitators Two Co-creation Labs, both active in the Netherlands and in Spain Development of tools, guidelines and methods in two Co-creation Labs Development of a workshops and pilot with 30 creatives and 8 teachers Development of Train the trainer for real life innovation challenges, and pilot with 30 creatives and 8 teachers Open-access to learning resources, 2 multiplier events and a video report to create awareness on a wider scale.

Impact

As a result, we expect to have increased awareness of this urgent and underexposed topic. We expect that: - the solutions and resources produced are the start of a new path to gain more knowledge about this topic and further developments in the coming years - creatives know better how to limit stress and exhaustion - a growing number of international education partners and innovative organisations that apply challenge-based innovation have more tools to better design these group processes
