The main goal of the project is to enhance the employment opportunities of young adults and adults with labour disabilities in the labor market. Consequently, the project aims to achieve this goal by showcasing the skills and competencies of people with disabilities through national and European skills competitions, increasing their self-confidence, and providing them with work-based learning and basic skills training.
