The main goal, on a European level, is to provide trainers of adults at risk with concrete skills, knowledge, and attitudes to use their intuition in their trainings. By building a self-sustainable network of intuitive trainers, they can continuously learn and develop these intuitive skills. For our final target group, adults at risk, this will lead to trainings that are better suited to their needs and will lead to fewer early drop outs of these trainings due to improved quality.

We will develop an intuitive competence framework that will serve as the foundation for a European network of intuitive adult trainers by providing a competence handbook, training modules, and a resource library. We will then train 15 ambassadors on how to use their intuition in trainings and how to transfer this to others. They will enlarge this network by teaching trainers in their network this intuitive approach and inspire others in various training activities.

The results will be: - 15 ambassadors who are the pillars of the network - 300 local trainers that are the early adaptors - 1,000 intuitive trainers that have joined the network - Resource library about the intuitive approach, containing videos, exercises, theory, and intuitive methods - Learning activities concerning developing and using intuition in trainings - Over 50,000 stakeholders who are informed about and inspired by the intuitive approach - A plan to make this network sustainable
