Integration of international students in the region and intercultural encounters for young people in the region; Participation, civic engagement, social inclusion and increased soft skills for all participants international students with local young people; Develop and share a Mentoring Outreach Programme with HEI’s to increase depolarization, intercultural understanding, building trust and wellbeing of international students and young people by Internationalization at Home for the region;
▶Activities
Develop an implementation-manual for a Mentoring Outreach Program and Guidelines for training of international students, for HEI’s. Develop a Mentoring Outreach Format to set up, conduct and monitor joint mentoring activities in the region. Recruit international students and local young people. Offer training to international students to become mentors and conduct mentoring activities with local young people. Organize regional and European events. Disseminate results.

A Service Delivery Manual for HEI’s for implementing a mentoring outreach programme in the region; Guidelines with training methodology for international students who want to become mentors; A Mentoring Outreach Format for international students and groups in a region for joint activities; Involvement during the project of at least: 30 university staff 240 international students 575 regional citizens 180 representatives from regional organizations 30 directors; All shared widely in Europe.
