U-LEAD4ALL aims to enable more inclusive HE leadership. It will do so by providing aspiring university leaders from underrepresented groups with the engagement skills and cultural capital to thrive and progress in academia, and by training current leaders to be cultural changemakers in their institutions and make EDI-informed decisions to support aspiring leaders. By validating and disseminating these training and outputs, U-LEAD4ALL aims to enact pan-European change in the HE sector.
