Upskilling Trainers to Education 4.0 - DIGITRAINER 4.0

DIGITRAINER 4.0 objectives are to make trainers more digitally competent making them better prepared to support Education 4.0 -Raising awareness ,Bringing permanent change & inspire VET decision-makers ,Communicating DIGITRAINER4.0 with significant stakeholders & policy makers to sensitize them ,Fine-tune trainer digital management skills & transfer learning derived from their project participation ,Optimising trainer personal skills (self-confidence, determination)

Awareness that digital& emerging technologies are changing the education mindframe in training . Research,LOs & Curriculum,MOOC 5 languages,tools for trainers & self learners on demand , animated tools (videos,podcasts),piloting training .Exploitation of results, ongoing events,dissemination of the project through website and collateral ,translations ,impact& sustainability activities ,project quality and risk management for proper implementation

Creation of a learning model built on criteria of 1.Analysis,2. Design, 3.Development, 4.Pilot testing and 5.Evaluation-Situation-based assessment report (185 respondents), develop New curriculum & LO ,MOOC on demand & eLearning tool encompassing podcasts ,animated videos,infographics, workshops piloting 300 modules publishing & promotion of open access, digital learning resource with certification,dissemination & exploitation outreach 5 events online & on-site.
