Objectives

RE-WORK aims at developing a flexible and user-centred VET programme for young professionals on Coworking and Collaborative Workspaces (CWS) to overcome the consequences of the great resignation and quiet quitting and respond to work-life balance needs and workplace requirements. The project wishes to: - Introduce bottom-up, needs-based Coworking and CWS methods and models. - Build the knowledge and capacity of VET providers and trainers, - Raise awareness among young professionals.

Impact

The main results of the project are: - The “Good Practice Guide & Recommendations for VET providers”, - The 'Skills Report & Roadmap', - The “RE-WORK Resource kit' including training material on Coworking and CWS, - The “RE-WORK Online educational Hub” that will host training material and e-learning videos, - The RE-WORK awareness raising material and “Sustainability & Replication Guide”.
