Coeur Courage 2 will boost team members' personal and team competencies to support youngsters to engage, connect and empower youngsters as active citizens. Transnational expertise boosts our quality of work and our capacity to meet the analyzed needs in Education, training, and youth work. In co-creation with regional stakeholders and global Associated Partners, we develop and upgrade materials. Together we learn, reflect, grow in impact, and realize social inclusion and green sustainability.

We build our capacity by training on personal and team strategies, strengthening networks, developing blended NFE material, being trained, and reflecting via transnational coaching. We learn by doing as we train teachers, trainers, and youth workers and test while implementing projects with visible impact, receive feedback, and upgrade our NFE materials. We organize Multistakeholder Summits and have 4 cities sign an MOU to continue the co-creation and walk the talk as drivers of transformation.

Outputs: 16 personal plans, 4 CSO strategies, 4 innovative NFE blended materials; 36 youth workers trained, involving 80 youngsters. Realized 26 projects, 4 online relays, 1 global survey, 20 ideas via Artificial Intelligence, 4 multistakeholder events, MOUs signed in 4 EU cities, and share and communicate on local and international levels to hundreds of CSOs Outcomes: - team members' growth in trust, skills, and competence - CSOs; build capacity, new ideas to implement, strengthened networks
