Through the digital toolbox at Hy2Learn.eu create an essential and easy-to-handle resource for instruction or teaching second languages in synchronous hybrid settings. Integrating diverse activities, employing effective methodologies, and utilizing digital tools, educators can create dynamic and impactful learning experiences for adult learners, ultimately fostering their language acquisition and communication skills. Led the strategic planning and execution of Hy2Learn, ensuring efficient project management and robust communication across partner organizations. Instituted biannual reviews to adapt the management plan to evolving goals. Amplified project visibility through targeted social media and EPALE outreach. Organized an engaging online kick-off event with feedback tools. Directed the multi-phase development of the Hy2Learn toolbox, starting with a thorough literature review and interviews with adult education instructors. Facilitated a key transnational meeting in Oslo to assess research findings and refine the management plan, while establishing a baseline for the toolbox through online collaboration and regular virtual meetings. Facilitated a pivotal transnational meeting in Vienna, gaining valuable insights into hybrid learning infrastructure and establishing a unified development approach. Led the guide's finalization by organizing a meeting in Pamplona to integrate the hybrid teaching model and create a robust feedback mechanism. (LTTA) in Oslo, consolidating project outcomes and promoting pedagogical exchange among educational staff.

Facilitated a pivotal TPM in Vienna, gaining valuable insights into hybrid learning infrastructure and establishing a unified development approach. Led the guide's finalization by a third TPM in Pamplona integrating the hybrid teaching model and creating a robust feedback mechanism. Coordinated a final international LTTA in Oslo, consolidating outcomes and promoting pedagogical exchange among educational staff. Culminated the project by synthesizing Activity II outcomes and finalizing deliverables, while orchestrating innovative hybrid national events aimed at educators to share and discuss synchronous hybrid classroom models.
