Et Buut To include more children in our education. By having a better answer to this problem less children will go to special schools. The colobaration with Sande Skole will be a big part of the research we do. Research areas - organization - knowledge + content - interaction/acting Sande Skole wants to increase the knowledge on how to include and integrate students with a multicultural background. Research areas - organization - creativity -how to use new ideas regarding inclusion

We're not sure about that yet. It depends on what will come out of our research and the mutual exchange. That it will be fruitful is certain! We will work on getting common formal plans on how we can work on these subjects. We believe that by usimg each others qualities , we will become a better arena for students to learn.

For et Buut the result will be that they will be better in coping with children with special needs. Because of this there will be a better climate for these children at et Buut. Sande skole expects to increase their knowledge about how to integrade and include people from a multicultural background into the Norwegian school system. We experience that there are a big numbers of people from another country coming to our area. We need knowledge on how to integrate these pupils into our school.
