The overall goal of the FPD-Include project is to promote inclusiveness and cultural responsiveness in pharmacy education and establish strategies for engaging in discussion about equity and accessibility with students thereby ensuring that future pharmacists are equipped with the necessary tools to provide patient-centred care that is culturally responsive and inclusive.

Design and implement Collaborative Online Internal learning Course (COIL) about inclusive teaching for pharmacy educators Develop an Open access digital Toolkit that provides educators with hands-on resources and strategies for creating inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments. Creation of a self-sustained dynamic community of practice among pharmacy educators.

A fully functional COIL platform that provides resources and training for pharmacy educators to develop inclusive teaching practices. A bottom-up cocreated and comprehensive toolkit that provides educators with hands-on resources and strategies for creating inclusive and culturally responsive learning environments. Increased adoption of inclusive teaching practices among pharmacy institutions, resulting in more culturally responsive and inclusive pharmacy education.
