Local collaboration between schools and wetland-centers with 'hands-on' activities stimulates students' environmental awareness. Our aim in the Restwet project is to expand from the local to the international, through a collaboration between the wetland centers EVOA, Grand-Lieu and Dokkadelta. By also involving two schools in international collaboration on restoration projects, we want to contribute to more sustainable development in wetlands in times of major global environmental challenges.
