▶Activities
- Implement a new methodology letting VET providers to re/up-skill manufacturing staffs knowledge in joining/welding processes. The training will extensively use industry cases to show how to carry out tasks in the correct way. Additionally, industry examples with production failures and mistakes will be used to let the students investigate and discuss the consequences of making mistakes. - Apply work based learning techniques in order to meet industry skills development. - Implement WS tool
▶Impact
- Developing, testing, evaluating and validating a new training methodology that let VET providers deliver work- based training leading to an international recognized qualification in welding. - Applying work-based learning techniques underlining the special emphasis on skills and competence development. - Apply WS to improve re-skilling of staff through work-based learning in the work shop. - Increase the capacity for VET to require operators to the manufacturing industry
