โ–ถObjectives

The project intends to create a close, structured cooperation and symbiosis between industrial sector's competence needs in the green shift, VET education offer and students' informed and conscious education and career choices. The purpose is to make it possible for students to study and work locally and for the industrial sector to have access to the skills they need locally. A digital competence program will be a practical guideline for collaboration carried out by 5 partners from 3 countries.

โ–ถActivities

Focus will be on activities that result in a competence program for use by educational institutions, workplaces and students in connection with municipalities/regions. The program will create synergy effects between stakeholders' needs. Examples of activities: further development of Individual Workplace, mapping of students' preferences, motivation as part of counseling, toolboxes for companies' handling of students on trial, mentoring and hosting related competence needs in the green shift.

โ–ถImpact

The project will result in closer and more appropriate contact between the industrial sector, the educational institution, municipalities/regions and students with the aim of closing the gap for competence needs in the green shift. The competence program will be a flexible, lasting guideline to be used cross-sectorally and cross-nationally with same purpose as, many EU countries have same challenges with shortage and changing skills needs due to digitization and robotization in the green shift.
