▶Objectives
In implementing the project, we aimed to achieve several key goals: - Establishing lasting cooperation with organizations and institutions from Greece and other EU countries to exchange good practices and develop joint initiatives. - Empowering disadvantaged groups through informal education and actively involving them in European-oriented activities. - Bringing the European dimension of civic engagement to the local level through study visits to regions with similar profiles that effectively benefit from EU projects. - Improving the quality of work of our organization and partner organizations, particularly by developing the soft skills of local community leaders and creating a space for cross-sectoral collaboration.
▶Activities
The following activities were implemented as part of the project: - Organizing a series of workshops and training sessions in Poland and Greece, with the participation of direct beneficiaries from Poland (15 people participating in mobilities and 145 people participating in in-person and online training). - Conducting study visits to Poland and Greece, based on the principles of learning by doing and education through travel. - Meeting topics included: creating a minority culture in a majority environment, counteracting acculturation, transferring innovative educational and social solutions, and developing soft skills for leaders. - Cooperation was established with at least four organizations from Greece and other EU countries (confirmed by letters of intent). - A conference was held to summarize the project, presenting its results, learning outcomes, and good practices. - Monitoring and evaluation of activities was conducted, collecting photographic documentation, attendance records, and evaluation forms.
▶Impact
1. Establishing cooperation with other European organizations from the GR and other countries. 2. Conducting workshops and study visits in Poland and Greece. 3. Organizing training courses, workshops, and study visits in Poland and the GR, as well as a summary conference on the effects of the Project implementation. 4. Improving the quality and practices of the Applicant and Partner in the implementation of future projects.
