While we were preparing for the project we discovered that the multigenerational classroom is challenging for educators and for the students, but at the same thime nobody seems to pay attention to this fact. Thus we wanted to raise awareness of this issule within our institutions, among educators and among students. We wanted ro raise awareness of the importance of communication across generations. We also wanted to help and equip the educators by giving them knowledge, tools and methods how to teach in multigenerational classroom. We thought that in this way everybody will be able to benefit: our institutions, educators and finally learners who will be getting better and more aware educators teaching them with tools appropriate for the representatives of different generations.
