▶Objectives
While implementing the project, our primary goal was to raise awareness among participants, their families, teachers, collaborating NGO representatives, and local communities about the role of women, their rights, and the challenges they face in different cultural contexts. We aimed to break down entrenched gender stereotypes, strengthen the position of women in society, and encourage young people—especially girls—to become actively involved in civic life. Our objective was to develop intercultural, language, digital, and social competences through the organization of five international mobilities and a range of local educational activities. We strived to build a lasting international partnership in support of democracy and active citizenship. We were particularly committed to initiating cooperation with NGOs and expert organizations—seeking to benefit from their experience in combating violence and discrimination. At the same time, we aimed to share the practical knowledge and insights developed by project participants from Poland, Turkey and Greece in the areas of human rights and gender equality. We believe this exchange can significantly contribute to the effectiveness and growth of initiatives undertaken by NGOs across Europe.
